SITES ON DEMOCRACY
Democracy and human rights issues have not been absent from Nigeria since independence, but during the rule of Abacha, human rights in Nigeria declined, and the world became aware of it. Here are some links that are focused on these issues, past or present. Some of them are located in Nigeria or owned by Nigerians, and others by people concerned about the situation in Nigeria (almost all of these sites will talk about the Ogoni people, and the execution of Ken Saro-Wiwa and the other leaders). This is just a sample. Using any search engine may lead to many more sites.
