We together endeavour to establish the work environment, provide the technical and administrative support and give advice to enabling His Excellency the President of the Republic, his vice-chancellors, assistants and advisors to undertake the constitutional, legislative, executive and political tasks; and to manage and control all presidential activities and programmes in proper way.
All these shall be performed by qualified, well-trained, motivated and appointed as successor staff to achieve the best exploitation of the available material and technological resources; simplifying the procedures and enhancing the spirit of the teamwork and building of fruitful partnership relations with all dealers in emphasizing the sovereignty of the Country, highness and progress of its all people.
The Presidency is a high sovereign institution that represents the Head of the State; and the highest legislative, executive and political power in the Country.
