Programmatic Agreement Under the National Historic Preservation Act in accordance with 36 CFR 800.14 (b)(ii), The County of Trumbull provides public notice and welcomes public comment on a programmatic agreement (PA) developed to govern compliance with the National Historic Preservation Action for implementation of the following: Administration of federal grant programs, which includes funds appropriated through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the State of Ohio Department of Development, and/or other related federal programs as amended from time to time, such as the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The programmatic agreement is available for review at the address below.
