Hi! I saw that my comment on the Killing of Jeremy Mardis article page was undone with the comment "Not a forum". I'm a bit unsure if forums are a place to express opinions instead of talk pages? Because I've only started here about like less than a month ago, I don't remember. Is there like a rules page I can find or other people to ask? Thanks.
